Make A Difference Scholarship

Award Information:

All funds will be sent to the university of attendance and can be used towards tuition and/or other school needs. The foundation will release funds this calendar year. If the funds are not requested within this time period, you forfeit your scholarship.

The recipient must complete the online form below so that we can send the funds quickly to your institution of choice. Failure to fill out this form in the time period will forfeit your scholarship.

***It is the responsibility of the scholarship recipient to provide The Gladys Foundation with information for where to send the scholarship funds.  Please contact your school, let them know that you have received a private scholarship from a charitable organization, and provide the following information:
