School Supplies Registration

Hello everyone!  This year, employees with children that will be attending grades K-5 in the fall must register to receive a FREE backpack of school supplies from The Gladys Foundation.

Eligibility to receive a FREE backpack:

1.  Must currently work for MSI (North Texas Bells, North Texas Wings, Southern Wings, Memphis Wings, Indy Chicks, Austin Chicks, Oklahoma Chicks)

2.  Must have children who will be attending grades K-5th

ALL EMPLOYEES THAT WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A FREE BACKPACK FOR THEIR CHILDREN MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM.

Elegibilidad

Individuales son elegibles para recibir útiles escolares si cumplen los siguientes requisitos:

  1. Debe ser empleado por MSI (North Texas Bells, North Texas Wings, Southern Wings, Memphis Wings, Indy Chicks, Austin Chicks, Oklahoma Chicks).
  2. Debe tener hijos que están atendiendo los grados K a 5to.
